Here is a quote from the PTA email about the end of the year party…

End of Year party for 6/17 is from 10am - 2pm. We will have volunteers in the building from about 9:45am to 2:15/2:30. The party will follow the same format as last year - activities in the gym, outside, pool, and 3/4 science labs (crafts), with a pizza lunch in the cafeteria at noon and a performance by Animal Magic in the cafeteria at 1pm. We will close by serving ice cream to the children at 1:45 (also in the cafeteria).
