Practices:

Our first practice will be held on Wednesday, January 27^th in the pool. We will have short introductory meeting, then WE WILL BE IN THE WATER. Information will be given out regarding swimsuits and parent meetings.

We will practice five days a week. Practices are mandatory, as they are essential to your personal success and development. Practices will focus on conditioning, technique, and of course, having a little “swim-fun”. If you currently swim at an outside club, we can individually work out a schedule that suits your needs and the teams. The practice schedule is:

Monday & Wednesday (Choice Hour+): 3:15-5:00pm

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 6:35 – 8AM

It is expected that you are punctual to all practices and meets. You are expected to be in the pool within 10 minutes of the start time. Also, it may be helpful to know that the end time is when you are released from the pool. If you are not currently in the choice hour on Mondays and Wednesday, we encourage you to see Mrs. Stone to make the switch.

The most current meet schedule has been provided. This schedule is subject to change.

Paperwork:

You will need to have your orange permission slip from the office (saying that your paperwork, including physical, is up to date before you can practice). If you are planning to be a part of the team but can’t make the first practice let us know, and we’ll look forward to seeing you at the next practice!
